摘 要: 利用Y型嗅觉仪测定了源于甜菜夜蛾不同生理阶段的雌蛾性附腺、卵表、鳞片及尾毛浸提液对夜蛾黑卵蜂寄主选择行为的影响。结果表明,甜菜夜蛾不同生理阶段的雌蛾性附腺、卵表及尾毛浸提液对夜蛾黑卵蜂均有较强的引诱作用,但鳞片浸提液的效果不明显。甜菜夜蛾卵表信息化合物可通过蒸馏水、丙酮及正己烷3种介质浸提。卵表及尾毛对夜蛾黑卵蜂有引诱效果的物质浓度分别为10卵块/mL与2mg/mL。在处女蛾、交配未产卵、产卵前期及产卵末期这4种不同生理阶段的性附腺浸提物质中,处女蛾性附腺浸提液在30μL时对夜蛾黑卵蜂有显著的引诱作用,交配但未产卵雌蛾及产卵前期雌蛾性附腺浸提物在60μL时对夜蛾黑卵蜂产生引诱作用,而处于产卵后期雌蛾性附腺浸提物在30μL与60μL时均表现出明显的引诱作用。 Olfactory response of Telenomus remus Nixon to the hexane extracts of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) female moth scale,abdominal tips,egg masses and accessory glands of different physiological stages were measured by using a Y-tube olfactometer.The results showed that extracts from abdominal tips,egg masses and accessory glands of S.exigua had strong impacts on the host location of T.remus,while the extracts from female moth scale exhibited not significant attraction for T.remus.volatile infochemicals from egg masses of S.exigua could be extracted with water,acetone and hexane.The hexane extracts from egg masses and abdominal tips exhibited significant attraction to T.remus at the concentrations 10 egg masses/mL and 2 mg/mL,respectively.The hexane extracts from accessory glands of different physiological stages all had strong impacts on the searching behavior of T.remus.The hexane extracts from accessory glands of virgin females exhibited attraction to T.remus at the concentrations 30 μL,while the hexane extracts from accessory glands of mated-females before first ovipositon,females at earlier and later oviposition stage elicited the searching reaction by T.remus at the the concentrations 60 μL.
