摘　　要： 对《中国高等学校绩效评价报告》的投入-产出模型进行再研究,构建基于CORPS模式的高校绩效评价PCA/DEA模型体系。首先,围绕决策核心建立CORPS五项要素的高校绩效评价指标体系。然后,应用主成份分析将投入和产出指标进行简化,代入数据包络分析模型计算各决策单元的相对效率值。最后,通过PCA/DEA排名对高校的改进措施和努力方向做了初步探讨。 With the study on Input-output model of Chinese Higher Education Performance Evaluation Report,a PCA-DEA model based on CORPS is established for university performance evaluation,which incorporates PCA(Principal Component Analysis) and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) methods.The PMIs(Performance Measure Indicators) system for higher education consists of five factors which are C(Clients),O(Operations),R(Resources),P(Participants) and S(Services) around Decision Core.The PCA approach is used to simplify PMIs and then DEA is applied to calculating the relative efficiency between DMUs(Decision Making Units).In the empirical analysis,24 Science and Technology universities of MOE(Ministry of Education) have been chosen to illustrate the proposed model,which can make a useful attempt for improving Chinese university performance ranking.
