摘　　要： 2005年云南省提出了旅游的"二次创业"。云南省应在总结边境游所产生问题的基础上,依托于"二次创业"的有利条件,积极采取措施,重振边境旅游。 Since 1991,Yunnan border tourism has started to rise and experienced three periods：beginning stage,developing stage and intermittent stage.Yunnan Province put forward a plan—＂to start a new undertaking＂ of Yunnan tourism in 2005.On the basis of summing up the problems and adventages of ＂starting a new undertaking＂,Yunnan Province should adopt positive measures to revive the border tourism.
