摘　　要： 微创外科技术是临床外科手术中的一项重要发展方向。介绍了微创外科技术在外科手术中的应用和发展,总结了传统的电视腔镜技术与外科机器人手术系统的优缺点,分析了达芬奇手术系统的结构和技术特点.其在外科手术中能达到更好的手术效果、更小的创伤和更大的患者覆盖面。 For surgical operation, the technology of minimally invasive surgery is a major development trend. The application and development of the technology of minimally invasive surgery were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional endoscopic video technology and surgical robot system are summarized and the structural composition and characteristics of da Vinci Surgical System are also analyzed. With smaller wound created and greater coverage of patients made, the technology can achieve better surgical results.
