摘 要: 动态能力是企业的关键决策者有目的地整合企业资源基础的一贯的能力,以应对甚至创造动态变化的环境,从而获得一系列短暂的、可持续的竞争优势;动态能力由感知塑造能力、学习吸收能力与整合重构能力三个维度构成;动态能力具有高阶性、开放与包容性、创业与创新性、共性与个性、消耗成本性以及路径依赖性等特性。 Through reviewing extant literatures, this paper attempts to precisely define the definition,compositional dimensionalities,and features of dynamic capabilities by integrating entrepreneurship theory and organizational learning theory, etc.in order to promote further development of theoretical and empirical study of dynamic capabilities.This paper holds the view that dynamic capabilities can be defined as the abilities of an enterprise's key decision-makers to integrate purposefully and constantly the enterprise's resource base to respond to or even create a dynamic environment,and thus to obtain a series of short-term, sustainable competitive advantage; dynamic capabilities are composed of sensing & shaping capability,learning & absorbing capability,and integrating & reconstructing capability Dynamic capabilities are higher-level capabilities,open & generous,entrepreneurial & innovative,with common characteristics & personalities,cost-consumptive,and path-dependent.
