摘　　要： 以建设企业培训系统为背景,针对当前网络学习资源的特点,基于国际网络教育资源开发的SCORM标准,构建了一个面向内容对象的网络学习资源管理模型,有效地解决,网络学习资源标准化的问题,以满足学习资源在不同企业培训系统间的共享与重用。 Under background the construction of enterprise training system, this paper establishes a management model of online learning resources oriented content object, in view of the current online learning resources existed in management and construction aspects of insufficient for the standards, the compatibility and openness. This model effectively solves the standardization problem of online learning resources in order to satisfy the reusing and sharing of learning content in different enterprises＇ training system. The research provides the safeguard technology to construct an enterprises＇ training platform that synthesis development, management and issue of resource, and conforms to the development mainstream of modern enterprise changing to the learning organization.
