摘 要: 本文介绍了新型固井材料AWG抗渗水泥的各项物理性能。通过室内实验,确定了AWG水泥体系增强剂、AWG水泥浆体系缓凝剂和分散剂,研究了AWG水泥浆体系的配伍的现场应用及缓凝剂对水泥浆体系性能的影响。AWG抗渗固井水泥属于硫铝酸盐水泥系列的一种新型国井材料,AWG水泥具有速凝、早强、短候凝、抗渗、防水气窜、微膨胀、耐腐蚀、抗锈蚀等特性。通过在大庆油田萨中、萨南东部和杏七区、北一区4口井现场应用表明,使用AWG水泥国井后8h测声幅,得到良好的固井质量,达到国内领先水平。AWG水泥在高、低压共存的多压力层系复杂地质情况下使用,能有效地提高调整井、疑难井的固井质量,适用于调整井、疑难井固井、小眼井固井、各种表层套管固井及海上固井。 The paper presents physical properties of new type cementing material AWG. By laboratory tests, reinforcement agent, retarder and dispersant of AWG cement slurry system are developed. Effects of field application of compatible additives of this system and retarder on cement slurry properties are also analysed. AWG watertight cement is a new cementing material, it belongs to aluminum sulfate cement series. AWG cement has characteristics of accelerating setting, early setting, short-waiting-on-cement, water tight, preventing gas/water channeling, microdilation, erosion resistance and anti-rust etc.. Field application results in Daqing Oilfield show that AWG cement slurry cementing has good cementing quality, achieves advanced level at home. AWG cement can effectively increase cementing quality of adjustment wells and knotty wells when geological properties are complex with high and low pressure coexisted multi-pressure series. It applies to adjustment well cementing, knotty well cementing, slim hole cementing, various surface casing cementing and offshore cementing.
