摘　　要： 斯里兰卡在经历了2004年印度洋大海啸之后,政府非常重视备灾工作,开始推行"灾难危害管理"计划。本文主要介绍了斯里兰卡为医护人员制定的灾难管理培训项目的特点,包括培训对象、课程模块、课程的预期成果以及教学方法等。并结合我国的具体国情和灾难医学教育的现状,总结了其对我国医护人员实施灾难管理培训的几点启示。 Since the 2004 tsunami in the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka government has paid a great deal of attention to disaster preparation and begun to implement the disaster management program. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of Sri Lanka＇ s Disaster Management Course for healthcare workers, including training subjects, the course module, predicted outcomes of the course and teaching methods. Based on the reality and status quo of disaster medical education in China, the authors summarize several implications on how to implement disaster management course for healthcare workers in our country.
