摘　　要： 针对退役运动员"就业难"长期得不到根本解决,以及运动员退役后就业中遇到的种种困难等问题,按照国家为解决以上问题提出的"职业转换过渡期"制度,对如何有效地进行职业教育与技能培训,做了深入调查和实践探讨。论文根据社会需要与运动员实际情况,对运动员职业转换过渡期的有关概念、新制度下职业教育与技能培训问题进行研究,提出了不同类型运动员职业教育与技能培训的设计方案。 To counter the phenomenon of unsolved difficulties in employment for retired athletes,and the difficulties in getting a job since retiring for the athletes,we had an in-depth investigation and practical research,according to state instruction of career transfer in transition period,on how to carry out vocation education and skills training effectively.On the basis of social need and athletes＇ actual situation,this paper had research on some conception on athlete＇s transition period in career transfer,vocation education and skills training in new instructions,and drew up a design proposal of vocation education and skills training for different type＇s athletes.
