摘　　要： 在南宋孝宗朝,周必大和辛弃疾俱名冠一时。他们有许多共同朋友,然彼此却无任何交往。在以文献为基础,通过对两人不曾交往原因的探究,以及对两人关系背后内蕴的文化因子的参察,可以认为两人关系实是当时南北士风对立的缩影。 Both Zhou Bida and Xin Qiji were highly remarkable persons during the Emperor Xiao＇s reign of Southern Song Dynasty. Though they had many friends in common, they made no personal contact to each other at all. Based on certain relevant literatures, this paper is made a speculation on the reasons fro their alienation, with attempts to discover the memes under the appearance of their relation. It is argued that personal relation between the two is actually a reflection of scholar fashion rivalry between the North and the South.
