摘　　要： 教育公平属于社会公平范畴,是建设和谐社会的重要途径。文章从教育公平的内容入手,分析目前制度安排下存在的教育不公现象,希望借助公共教育政策改革的推动和机制创新,克服教育不公带来的实质危害和消极影响,促进教育的公平性,从而保障社会公平,推进社会的和谐发展。 Educational equity falls into the category of social justice and is an important way to build harmonious society.This article starts from the essence of educational equity,analyzes the educational inequities caused by current institutional arrangements,aiming at eliminating substantial hazards and negative effects from the educational inequities and improving the equity in education,so as to ensure social equity and promote the harmonious development of society by means of public education policy reforms and mechanism innovation.
