摘 要: 专利申请的待审期和授权率是专利实践的组成部分,也是创新主体最为关心的问题.由于专利授权的滞后性及相关数据获得的困难,目前对这一领域的研究仍十分有限.本文利用PDL模型对1985—2008年间,我国居民与非居民发明专利申请的待审期和授权率进行比较分析.研究发现:在我国,非本国居民发明专利申请的待审期比本国居民发明专利申请的待审期要长,而其授权率则较高. Patent pendency and grant ratios are the important components of patent activity, and also the most concerned issue by innovation participants. However, because of the lag of patent grant and the difficulties in access to related data, researches in this field are very limited. Here it uses the Polynomial Distributed Lag (PDL) model to compare the application and grant ratios of invention patents by residents and non-residents in China from 1985 to 2008. The findings show that non-residents have longer pendency and higher patent grant ratios than residents in China.
