摘　　要： 探讨内部社会资本的互动、规范和共同愿景三个维度如何促进知识创造水平,分析了产品模块化在其中所起到的调节作用,比较了内部社会资本三个维度对知识螺旋的四个过程的不同影响机制.研究结果表明,产品模块化能够促进社会资本的规范维度对知识创造水平的影响程度,内部社会资本三个维度中社会互动对知识创造的促进程度最大,其次是共同愿景,规范的促进程度最小.在对知识螺旋过程的影响过程中,社会互动能够促进知识的社会化和结合化过程,规范能够促进知识的外部化过程,而共同愿景能促进知识的内部化过程却并不能促进知识的结合化过程. It explores the influence of three dimensions of internal social capital, which are social interaction, norms and shared vision, on knowledge creation, and analyzes the moderating effect of product modularity, and compares the different influence mechanisms of three dimensions of internal social capital on four kinds of knowledge spiral processes. The findings reveal that product modularity plays the moderating role between norms and knowledge creation. Among the three dimensions, social interaction has the most influence on knowledge creation, shared vision less and norms the least. During the knowledge spiral process, social interaction can promote the processes of socialization and combination, and norms can facilitate the externalization process, and shared vision can promote the internalization process but not the combination process.
