摘 要: 采用比较基因组学和生物信息学方法系统分析了NCBI中已公布的二化螟、棉卷叶螟和草地贪夜蛾等13种昆虫Ub基因及其氨基酸序列的结构特点、差异和遗传多样性及进化关系。结果表明,Ieu、Thr、Ile和Lys作为13种昆虫Ub的主要氨基酸,多呈碱性,无前导肽、信号肽和跨膜结构域,延伸带和无规则卷曲为主要结构元件,第57和22位点分别发生Ser和Thr磷酸化,总体呈亲水性。同时检测出96个多态位点,共生成13个单倍型,昆虫种间该基因具较丰富的遗传多样性。 Based on the published sequences of ubiquitin gene of Chilo suppressalis, Haritalodes derogata and Spodoptera frugiperda and so forth in NCBI,the structure characters,differences and genetic diversity were analyzed using the method of comparative genomics and bioinformatics. The resuhs showed that the main amino acids were Ieu,Thr,Ile and Lys,and most of basic amino acids. Prepropeptide,signal peptide and transmembrane domain were not found. The main structural element was extended strand and random coil in the predicted secondary structure. Phosphorylation sites of Ser and Thr occurred in the amino acid residue 57 and 22, respectively. The total of 96 polymorphic sites were detected from 13 sequences and 13 hapolotypes were sorted. More nucleotide diversity and amino acid diversity of ubiquitin gene existed among 13 insects.
