摘　　要： 随着高校后勤社会化的不断改革和发展,高校学生宿舍的管理在功能上发生了很大变化,大学宿舍不仅是学生在校期间学习、休息、娱乐、交往的重要场所,也是学生行为养成和对学生进行教育和学生自主教育的主要阵地,同时它也是反映一个学校文明程度和精神风貌的窗口。在新的形势下,学生宿舍应具有多重功能,已逐渐成为提高学生综合素质的重要场所,成为学校学生教育工作的新领域。 As the socialization of university logistics reform and development, college dormitory management functionality have taken great place. University dormitory is not only the important place for students to study, rest, entertainment, and exchanges, but also the primary stage for students to educate themselves. It is also a window to refleet civilization and mental outlook of the university. In the new situation, the dormitory should have multiple functions, should improve students＇ quality, should be a new area of student＇s education.
