摘　　要： 社会适应能力已成为影响高校毕业生就业和发展的重要因素。文章通过促进高校毕业生社会适应能力培养因素和大学生职业生涯规划教育内容对比分析,论述了大学生职业生涯规划教育过程对促进高校毕业生社会适应能力培养的有效影响,加强大学生职业生涯规划教育是高校毕业生社会适应能力培养的有效途径。 The social adaptive capacity of college graduates has become an important factor in employment and development. By conducting the comparative analysis of the factors of developing adaptive capacity of graduates and the content of career planning education for college students, this article discusses the effective influence on developing social adaptive capacity of graduates caused by career planning education for college students, indicating that career planning education for college students can promote the adaptive capacity of college graduates increased effectively.
