摘　　要： 针对学生反映刚进入企业开展电子商务建设与管理时解决实际问题的综合能力不强的问题,以建构主义为理论依据,对课程知识点进行归纳后灵活运用企业案例进行教学,并对其具体实施过程进行试验探讨。 Because student＇s ability of construction and management of E-commerce systems in enterprise is poor, the author taught student step by step that using enterprise＇s case flexibly conjoint course＇s knowledge, which according the constructivism as the theories. It has positive effect to raising the teaching result and developing the student＇s ability of construction and management of E-commerce systems in teaching practice.
