摘 要: 面向制造业"大工程、大制造"的发展趋势,工程训练应该突破单工种纯技能训练,面向智能化、网络化、实时化的制造环境打造复合型应用人才。利用已有的产学研科研成果并结合教学实际,一个全新的开放型、综合型、创新型的工程训练平台被构建出来。该平台充分体现了网络制造、无线制造、实时制造等先进理念,既为培养创新性人才提供了条件,又为产学研成果提供了很好的展示作用。 With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, engineering training must break through the mode of single-branch-training and pure-skill-training, and Cultivate versatile personnel in intelligentized, networked and real-time manufacturing environments. By studying achievements in scientific research and combining them with training practice, a new engineering training platform is constructed in terms of opening, synthesizing and innova- tion. This platform reflects those advanced concepts of network-manufacturing, wireless-manufacturing and real- time-manufacturing, which not only provides conditions for educating innovative talent but also acts as a demonstration of our achievements.
