摘　　要： 文章讨论了一类具有SM-基(Skew Multiplicative K-basis)代数的Groebner-基理论,进一步探讨了这类代数的消元理论,并且给出了其理想的交的运算. This article deals with the Groebner theory of k-algebra with a skew multiplicative k-basis. We discuss the elimination theory and give the algorithm of generators for intersection of two ideals.
