核壳型聚硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与表征

摘  要: 以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和四乙烯基四甲基环四硅氧烷(D4Vi)为有机硅单体,十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为催化剂,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,在核壳型丙烯酸酯乳液的合成过程中,通过壳层聚合阶段的接枝共聚反应引入聚有机硅氧烷,制备出核壳型聚有机硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了DBSA、D4Vi和D4用量对乳液和乳胶膜性能的影响,并借助透射电镜和全反射红外光谱仪进行了表征。结果表明:有机硅单体的加入可显著改善聚丙烯酸酯乳胶膜的耐水性,当DBSA、DV4i和D4的质量分数分别为2%、4%和15%时,乳胶膜的吸水率为4.7%,对水的接触角为84°,冲击强度为53 cm,弯曲强度为2 mm,铅笔硬度为H。 Core-shell organosiloxane modified acrylate latex was prepared by grafting polysiloxane in the shell polymerization stage of core-shell acrylate latex synthesis,with pre-emulsification semi-continual seed emulsion polymerization with octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4) and tetramethyl tetravinylcylcotetrasiloxane(DVi4) as organosiloxane monomers,and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA) as catalyst.Effects of the dosages of DBSA,DVi4 and D4 on the properties of latex and its film were studied.The latex particle and film were characterized by TEM and ATR.The results showed that the water resistance of latex film was enhanced greatly when silicone was introduced.When the dosage of DVi4 and D4 was 4% and 15% respectively,the water absorption of latex film was 4.7% and the water contact angle was 84°.
