摘　　要： 目的探讨加强护理人员的病人安全教育的方法与效果。方法通过回顾分析2004年1月至2006年12月我院发生的57起护理不良事件,分析原因,制订对策,从2007年1月至2009年12月加强了护理人员对病人安全的教育,先后进行了一系列法律法规专题讲座,组织大家共享案例信息,制订(修订)、学习了医院《护理工作指南》、《护理差错事故管理制度》、《护理差错判定标准》等措施。结果护理不良事件发生率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P(0.01)。结论加强护理人员的病人安全教育,可有效减少护理不良事件的发生,提高护理质量。 Objective To explore the method and effect of strengthening patient education among nurses. Methods Fifty - seven cases of adverse events from January 2004 to December 2006 were retrospectively analyzed and the countermeasures were developed according to the causes. The training and education about patient safety were implemented and strengthened among nursing staff from January 2007 to December 2009,including holding a series of laws and regulation seminars, organizing activities of sharing case information, developing and revising Nursing Guide, Nursing Error Incidents Management System, and Criterion of Nursing Errors,and implementing the related training, and so on. Results The incidence of adverse nursing event was reduced significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Strengthening patient safety education among nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing.
