摘　　要： 通过对精益建设的概念、特点和优势的分析,得出精益建设是现代科学管理模式在工程项目中的应用,符合可持续发展的要求。分析了精益思想与并行工程、建筑供应链管理模式的联系,从整体的角度持续发展并消除浪费。先进管理模式的融合,利于全面提升管理水平,提升企业竞争力,推动企业全面协调可持续发展,促进建筑企业又好又快发展。 Through analyzing concept,features and advantages of lean construction,authors believe that lean construction model is the application of modern scientific management on engineering project,which consists with sustainable development.Lean thinking links with concurrent engineering and construction supply chain management,and it can eliminate waste on sustainable development to identify as a whole system.The integration of advanced management mode will be helpful to improve the management level,and promote the competitiveness of enterprises and bring comprehensive correspond sustainable development to enterprises,as well as promote good and fast development of construction enterprises.
