摘　　要： 目的探讨理论—见习一体化教学方法在内科护理学"健康指导"中的应用效果。方法选取护理专业本科生27名,将《内科护理学》中"消化系统疾病病人的护理"和"泌尿系统疾病病人的护理"中"健康指导"的内容,实施理论—见习一体化教学。课程结束后,采用自行设计的调查问卷,了解学生对理论—见习一体化教学方法的评价。结果学生对理论—见习一体化教学方法的评价持肯定态度的依次为:提高了学习的效率和沟通交流、语言表达能力(92.6%)、巩固相关疾病理论知识和临床实践能力(85.2%);促进主动参与学习和对专业的认识(81.5%);提高对理论学习的兴趣(77.8%);分别有77.8%的学生认为有必要采用本学习方法、71.4%学生认为本学习方法有吸引力。结论理论—见习一体化教学是一种有效的教学方法,它能激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生主动性、参与性,提高学生沟通交流和表达能力,使学生巩固相关理论知识,提高学生对专业的认识。 Objective To study the effect of theoretical clerkship all-in-one teaching methods in medical nursing for undergraduate.Methods：The health guide of medical nursing were divided into two parts.For the first part of patient care with respiratory or circulatory diseases received the traditional teaching methods,and the other part in patient care with digestive or urinary disease used all-in-one teaching methods.Results 29 students involved in the investigation and valid was 27（93.1%）.The efficiency was affirmed by 25（92.6%）and they thought all-in-one teaching may improve learning,communication skills;23（85.2%）considered that it may improve capacity of clinical practice and consolidation of theoretical knowledge;22（81.5%）considered that it can promote active learning.The necessary and attractive were affirmed by 21（77.8%）and 20（74.1%）respectively.Conclusion all-in-one teaching is an effective in medical nursing of health guide,it can stimulate interesting of learning,promote study,enhance communication and professional knowledge.But it has higher demand for teachers and resources.
