摘 要: 介绍一款基于机器视觉自动成批检测小直径钢球表面缺陷设备的基本构成,尤其是其中检测工位的钢球阵列在固定的相机镜头视场中不断自动翻滚球面的方法,分析了钢球的受力和运动情况,给出了钢球翻滚机构设计方案。 A kind of equipment which is developed based on machine vision is concerned,which is used for automatically detecting the surface defects of small steel bell in batches.Put emphasis on the introduction how to make the array bells welter automatically under the fixed camera lens.The forces and motions of these bells are analyzed,and the design of bell welter mechanism is given.
