摘　　要： 甜味剂是指赋予食品甜味的添加剂,已成为食品添加剂的主要门类。概述了我国甜味剂工业的发展现状,介绍了国内常见的甜味剂,并对我国甜味剂工业的发展提出了相应对策。 Sweetener is a kind of additive that vest in sweet taste and becomes more popular in food industry nowadays.This article reviewed.The present situaction of sweetener industry and some dominant sweeteners which frequently-used in China were reviewed in this article.Besides,some countermeasures were still put forward to accelerate the development of sweetener industry.
