摘　　要： 为适应紧急救援和战时后勤的特殊需要,克服传统库存控制模型不能适应应急环境下物资库存控制实际情况的缺点,根据应急物流库存控制特征,基于时效性准则,通过平衡库存的时间成本,建立了时效性最佳的应急物资订货批量分段函数模型,并由此推导出确定性和随机性的一系列库存控制参数计算公式,初步建立以提高应急物资输送速度为目标的库存控制理论和方法. In order to adapt the emergency rescue and the special need of wartime logistics,and overcome the problem that the traditional inventory control model can＇t able to adapt the material inventory control under the emergency circumstances,based on the character of emergency logistics inventory control and time-effective criterion,through balancing inventory cost on time,this paper establishes emergency material partition order quantity model which objective is time-effective best,and from this model deduce series of parameter deciding formulas about the determinate and the stochastic inventory control.The inventory control theory and method,which objective is to improve the emergency material transport rate,was initially established.
