摘　　要： 纵观近年来国内有关教师教学效能感的研究,对高校教师的研究大多是理论分析,相关的实证研究比较缺乏。本研究采用抽样调查法,通过对广州市8所高校482名教师进行调查,运用SPSS12.0统计软件和STATA9.0统计软件对调查数据进行整理、统计和分析,试图通过分析,了解高校教师教学效能感的现状和基本特点,以及人口统计学变量、教学评价变量等对教师教学效能感的影响。 In recent years,most of the research on the teaching efficacy of domestic college teachers has been done from a theoretical perspective,and relatively less from an empirical perspective.In this study,we conduct a sampling survey of 482 teachers from 8 universities in Guangzhou,and collate and analyze the survey data with the statistical software STATA9.0 and SPSS12.0.Via this analysis,we expect to find out about the current situations and basic characteristics about the teachers＇ teaching efficacy as well as the effect of the variations in demographics,teaching evaluation,etc.on the teaching efficacy.
