圆锥形零件拉深成形时应变、应力分布的实验研究

摘  要: 用实验研究的方法分析了锥形件冲压成形过程中悬空侧壁的外凸(靠近凹模圆角部分)、内凹(靠近凸模圆角部分)曲面,根据变形前后质点的坐标关系用几何方程确定了各质点的真实应变分布,用力的平衡方程给出了悬空侧壁的应力分布规律,并对应变、应力分布规律进行了分析和研究:利用己确定的板面内的真实应力、应变分布,根据对锥形件成形过程中各接触区域的受力分析,首次确定并分析了各接触区域的接触应力分布形式及特点,同时根据对山模、压地圈分别隔离后的受力分析,对得到的结果进行了验证.对于进一步建立精确的数学、力学模型,确定其破裂和起皱(内皱)临界条件,揭示锥形件冲压成形机理,进而实现成形过程的智能化控制具有重要的意义. The positive convex camber near to the die and thenegative concave camber near to the corner of the punch inside wall of conical part are analyzed according to experiments.The regularity of the real strain distribution during deepdrawing which is described by geometric equation by tilerelation of the seat of deformed point and the seat of originalpoint and the regularity of stress distribution in side wallwhich is described by force equilibrium equation are obtainedand studied based on above experiment results. On the basis ofthe real stress and strain which have been obtained, thedistribution and the characteristic of contact stress are firstobtained and analyzed according to the force analysis on theevery contact region of conical part during deep drawing.Simultaneously, the above results are examined by consideringthe force equilibrium on the punch and blank holder which aresepaled respectively. It's of great significance for furthercreating more accurate models of mathematics and mechanics,determining its critical rupture condition and side wall wrinklecondition,discovering the mechanism of conical part pressforming, and realizing intelligent control forming process.
