摘　　要： ＣＩＭＳ（计算机集成制造系统）已实现了信息集成，目前正朝着经营（功能）集成和系统集成的方向发展。从ＣＩＭＳ实施中存在的问题出发，对决定ＣＩＭＳ实施成败的关键性因素进行分析。 CIMS(computer integrated manufacturing system)has completed its development stage of information integration and is moving towards function integration and system integration.This article,starting from the investigation of problems in the implementation of CIMS,has analyzed the key factors dictating the implementation result of CIMS.With the analysis,it points to the great significance of improving the soft environment of enterprises.
