摘 要: 提出一个利用单端电压和电流采样数据定位输电线路接地故障的新方法.首先,在分析了故障网和它的正、负及零序网的基础上,推导出一个适用于直接接地系统的故障定位模型.定位算法仅包含了故障相电路和零序电路的电压和电流相量,而不包括故障电阻和负荷阻抗,因此,它能精确定位故障而不受故障电阻和负荷的影响.对于长距离输电线路,提出了一个‘修正因子’的概念,在对定位算法进行修正和迭代计算后,能精确确定长距离输电线路的故障位置.最后。 A novel algorithm for locating earth faults of the transmission line is presented based on the voltage and current data from one end of the faulty line.First,the authors make an analysis of the faulty network and sequence networks,and derive a model of locating faults for a direct ground neutral system.The method involves only voltages and currents of the faulty phase and zero sequence circuits,rather than includes fault resistance and load.So it can locate faults,but not be affected by fault resistant and load.The authors design ‘compensation factors’for the fault locating model of a long transmission line.We calculate the accurate fault location for a long line with an iterative method.Finally the algorithms of locating fault for non ground neutral systems and arc suppression coil ground neutral systems are also presented.
