摘 要: 运用实验法,对发球机教学与传统单球教学在学习效果、运动量以及心率方面的变化进行比较分析。结果表明:采用发球机教学击球的有效次数、击球的心率次数与单球教学相比,存在显著性差异;在推挡技术和推挡侧身攻技术的练习中,心率变化存在显著性差异;采用发球机教学的击球无效次数和在攻球技术的练习中的心率变化与单球教学相比,不存在显著性差异。建议在教学中要根据不同的教学目的和学生的技术情况,科学合理使用发球机。 This paper analyzed the changes in teaching effect, amount of exercise and heart rate after using the pitching machine in class with experimental methods. Findings: compared with the traditional teaching, there existed obvious differences in the valid hits and the heart rate; also great difference in heart rate in the training of block shot and pivot attaclly no distinct difference in the invalid hits and in the training of attack. Advice: the pitching machine should be used scientifically according to different teaching goals and conditions of various students.
