摘 要: 从1993年第一张"贷款证"的首创,到"银行信贷登记咨询系统"的建立,再到"全国统一的企业与个人征信系统"的升级,我国征信体系已经走过18年风雨兼程的建设历程。当前我国征信体系建设正处在从信贷征信向社会征信方向扩展、从服务于金融机构向服务于政府和全社会转变的新的历史时期,如何借助历史赋予的力量更好更快地推动征信事业的更大进步,是摆在新一代征信事业建设人面前的新课题。结合我国征信事业的历史进程,对当前征信体系建设中的现实问题进行分析,并就如何做好下一步的征信工作提出一些看法。 From the advent of the first "Loan certificate" in 1993 to the establishment of "bank credit registration and consulting system",then to upgrading of the "nationally unified enterprise and individual credit information system",a construction history of 18 years with trials and hardships for China' s credit information system has been witnessed.At present,a new historical era for construction of China's credit information system is coming with the features from credit loan information to social credit information,from serving financial institutions to serving the government and the general public.The new topic for those engaging in credit service building is to promote the advancement of credit information system in China in a faster and better way by means of the historical power.Considering China's historical process,an analysis is made on the existing issues for current credit information system,making a few comments on further work on credit information system in China.
