摘　　要： 前期通过提高封合温度以及改变生产薄膜过程中的干燥温度参数,使得冷封薄膜的封合强度有了一定提高。为了进一步提高封合强度和封合的稳定性,通过红外光谱分析,发现冷封胶本身性能并未发生改变,其他的成分迁移到冷封胶的表面从而降低了冷封胶的封合性能,因此从改变冷封胶涂布量和改变冷封胶与离层剂(冷封光油)的匹配体系方面进一步进行了分析研究。 Sealing temperature was risen and drying temperature index in the film production process was changed in advance,thus,the sealing strength of the cold seal film was improved at a certain extent.In order to improve the sealing strength and stability,the IR analysis found the primary performance of cold seal adhesive is unchanged.The sealing performance of the cold seal adhesive was decreased because other ingredient migrated to the surface of the cold seal adhesive.So a further analysis and study was made from the aspects of changing the cold seal adhesive coating weight and changing the suited system of cold seal adhesive and the separation agent（cold seal oil）.
