摘 要: 对微波合成的TiN粉体进行了热分析,结果表明,由于游离碳基本是在TiN氧化分解的后期才烧去,因此不能采用加热燃烧的方法来对TiN粉末脱碳,尤其是对纳米超细TiN微粉更是如此。 Thermal analysis was conducted on TiN powders synthesized by microwave heating.The result showed that free carbon was burned at the end of TiN oxygenolsis,so the combustion method could not be used for decarburizing TiN powders,especially nano-TiN powders.
