摘　　要： 建设社会主义新农村是建设和谐社会的重要途径,是广大农民提高实际生活水平的重要基础。文章主要研究动态匹配管理在科技服务社会主义新农村的具体实现方法以及执行效果。通过方法的研究和实践探索,摸索出动态匹配管理的具体模式,并通过具体的实践,证明了这一模式的适用性,可以有效提高农民的生产收益,具有一定的推广价值。 Building a new socialist countryside is an important way to set up a harmonious society and to improve the actual standard of living of the peasants.This paper studies the dynamic matching technology services management at the concrete realization of a new socialist countryside and the implementation of effective methods.Through methods research and practice exploration,the paper explores the dynamic management of the specific model matching,and proves that the applicability of this model can effectively improve the productivity gains of farmers and have a potential market value.
