不同改良剂对镉污染土壤的改良效果及对油麦菜生长的影响
Effects of different soil amelioration materials on the improvement of Cd contaminated soil and the growth of Lactuca sativa

摘  要: 通过盆栽试验研究不同改良剂对镉污染土壤的改良效果及对油麦菜生长的影响。结果表明,除了泥炭外,其他改良剂的施用均显著降低了土壤酸度。各改良剂的施用使作物有效性较高的酸可提取态和铁锰氧化物结合态镉含量显著减少,而使作物有效性低的残渣态镉含量显著增加,从而引起了油麦菜对镉的吸收量显著降低,其中石灰+泥炭效果最好。同时,各改良剂的施用在一定程度上促进了油麦菜的生长,使株高和生物量显著高于对照组,其中石灰+赤泥+泥炭、石灰+泥炭、石灰+赤泥效果最显著。综合各改良剂对油麦菜生物量和镉含量的影响,石灰+泥炭处理是本试验最合适的改良剂。 Effects of different soil amelioration materials on the improvement of cadmium contaminated soil and the growth of Lactuca sativa were studied through houseplanting. The results showed that both the soil pH and the height and biomass of Lactuca sativa significantly increased when the contaminated soil improved after the treatment of other amelioration materials except that of peat. The decrease of exchangeable Cd due to co-application of lime and peat which had the best effect resulted in a significant increase of residual form Cd, a significant decrease of Cd content and the better growth of Lactuca sativa. Meanwhile, the amount of absorbed Cd in the upper part and root of Lactuca sativa significantly decreased after such treatments. The test group which underwent a coapplication of lime, red mud and peat growed much better in height and biomass than the control one.
