摘　　要： 通过对贵州省三都水族自治县两个水族村寨的田野调查,并将两个村寨的民族习惯法及其不同变迁路径进行比较,在不同的外来文化冲击下,少数民族内部对其自身的习惯法体系及其维护机制的认同程度并不一样。在研究民族地区的法治建设时,必须注意到即便同一民族内部也存在着差异。 On the basis of fieldwork in two villages of Sandu county,Guizhou province,the paper compares two villages＇ customary law and its＇ different changes.On the effects of different external culture,there are so many differences between these two villages.When studying the ruling by law in ethnic area,we must pay attention to these differences.
