摘 要: 提出了回收综放工作面各类机电设备冷却水的数学模型。根据兖矿集团东滩煤矿1303综放工作面基础资料,通过计算得到了该工作面各类机电设备冷却水回收要求的回水管径等参数,并实施了冷却水的现场回收,整个工作面所有机电设备冷却水的平均回收率为63.2%,效果良好。 A mathematical model of recycling cooling water from all electromechanical equipments in fullymechanized and roof caving working faces was put forward, and according to the basic data of 1303 fullymechanized and roof caving working face in Dongtan mine of Yanzhou Mining Group, parameters such as diameter of return pipe used for recycling cooling water from all electromechanical equipments in the working face was obtained by calcuIation. Finally, the water recycling was put into execution and good results obtained with average recycling rate of cooling water being 63.2%.
