摘 要: 提出并详细介绍了用MCS-80C196KC单片机实现的步进电机全数字化任意连续多倍细分控制及功率驱动方法、控制原理和电路实现的关键技术。经实验验证,这种细分与驱动方法及其硬件电路具有对步进电机实现较高精度的任意连续细分、直接对交流220V变流的高压、大电流、大功率步进电机驱动、高频性能好、输出转矩大、消耗功率低、稳定性和可靠性好、运行噪声小且平稳、结构紧凑和体积小等特点。 This paper presents a new method of fully digitized continuous microstepping and driving for power step motor by embedded controller MCS-80C196KC.The control principle of the method and its key technology implemented by circuit are also discussed in detail.It is testified by experimints that the method of microstepping and power driving and designed circuit can achieve high accuracy microstepping for step motor and drive power step motor with the features of good dynamical function,greater output touque,lower consumed power,good stability and reliability,lower running noise,compact and small-sized structure.
