摘　　要： 工作价值取向可分为谋生取向、职业取向与事业取向三种类型。调查显示,我国教师三种工作价值取向的比例基本为1:1:2;事业取向教师的工作满意度最高;教师工作价值取向受工作氛围、人际关系、工作意义等因素的影响。因此,对我国教师的管理应该在以下几方面加以注意。要招聘注重教师工作意义、追求教师工作乐趣的人入职;对不同工作价值取向的教师实施针对性的管理;改善工作环境,以提升教师工作价值取向;引导教师深化对工作意义的认识,培养更多的事业取向教师。 Work orientation can be divided into job, career, and calling. The investigation shows that the rate of them among teachers is 1：1：2, work satisfaction of those with calling is the highest, and teachers＇ work orientation can be influenced by work climate, work relationship, and work meaning. Therefore, schools should recruit those persuiting the meaning and pleasure of being an teacher, implement target-oriented management according to the features of teachers with different work orientations, better work environment to improve teachers＇ work orientations, and guide teachers to deepen their knowledge about the meaning of being an teacher so as to loin those with calling.
