摘 要: 研究了自制4种配方洗涤剂A、B、C、D在不同条件下对上海青(Brassica campestris L.ssp.Chinensis(L.)Makino)中残留的氧化乐果、敌百虫、乐果和甲胺磷的去除效果。借助GC-MS分析,结果表明:在无外加条件下,洗涤剂A对4种有机磷农药的去除效果最佳,去除率达47.31%~64.24%;经超声波辅助处理,洗涤剂A的去除效果反而变差,且对乐果无去除效果,而洗涤剂B、C、D的去除效果均有提高,其中洗涤剂C对4种有机磷农药的平均去除率达86.03%,尤其对甲胺磷的去除率高达97.11%;经臭氧辅助处理,洗涤剂A的去除效果也降低,而洗涤剂B、C、D则相反,尤其是洗涤剂B,其对4种有机磷农药的平均去除率比无外加条件高43.13%。 This paper is aimed at studying the removal efficiencies of the self-made detergents A, B, C and D (patent number: CN1398956) towards the removal of omethoate, dipterex, dimethoate and methamidophos residues in Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis (L.) Makino. For our research purpose, we have studies the residues of Makino under different conditions, such as ultrasonic wave, ozone and normal conditions. By the analysis of GC-MS, the experimental results show that detergent A gives the best influence for removing these four organophosphorus pesticides without any external conditions (normal conditions ), whose removing rate can reach 47.31% - 64.24% . When detergent A was used under ultrasonic wave conditions, its removal efficiencies for the four pesticides would be made degraded or weakened with no removal influence detected. On the other hand, if it were used to check the removal efficiencies of detergents B, C and D, it was found that the removal efficiency can be enhanced under the ultrasonic wave conditions, with the average removal rate of detergent C in removing these four pesticides would be reached to 86.03%, whereas its removal rate for methamidophos could be raised to be equal up to 97.11% as compared to its origi- nal. Under ozone conditions, the removal efficiency of the detergent A is also weakened, whereas detergents B, C and D would produce better influences. Especially for detergent B, its average removal rate for the four pesticides was 43.13% higher than that under normal conditions. Therefore, on the whole, under the ultrasonic wave or ozone conditions, our self-made detergents removal efficiencies for those four pesticides in Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis ( L. ), Makino can be obviously enhanced, especially for methamidophos. These experimental results are therefore important for resolving the long-term problems in China with the problem of exceeding the standard of pesticide residues in vegetables.
