摘 要: 基于中厚板轧制过程,分析了中厚板轧制过程中发生侧弯与宽度方向楔形的关系,引入比例厚度差定义,推导出钢板不出现侧弯的条件是轧前、轧后的比例厚度差相等。在此基础上分析了比例厚度差变化与侧弯大小的关系,推导出入口厚度宽向分布均匀时的侧弯量和侧弯曲率半径计算公式,同时给出入口厚度宽向分布为楔形分布时侧弯方向与比例厚度差变化的关系式。实际测量数据表明,侧弯量计算结果误差在12%以内,同时合理解释了产生厚度薄的一侧对应延伸率小的现象的原因。 Based on plate rolling process,the relationship between camber and cross wedge was researched. Through defining the thickness difference to average thickness,the condition without camber was the thickness difference to average thickness was equal before and after rolling.And then camber value and radius of curvature models were deduced for evenly thickness distribution.The relationship between camber direction and thickness difference to average thickness was deduced for cross wedge distribution.The actual measure data showed that the deviation of camber value model was less than 12%.Meanwhile,the phenomenon of thin thickness at edge corresponding small elongation was explained.
