摘　　要： 本文从事业单位改革和监管的发展历程入手,分析了目前有关事业单位的主要监管手段及其成效,并在此基础之上尝试从类别、行业、层级和地域等特征角度探讨和构建适用于我国事业单位的精细化监管模式,希望以此为我国事业单位提供一些建设性的意见,改善我国公共事业的发展和服务水平。 This study firstly describes the development processes of Chinese Public Service units, and then analyzes the effect of main supervision institutions on them. Based on the analyses, this study argues that Chinese public service units are various ac- cording to their industrial categories, hierarchical levels, and location. To deal with this variation, this study suggests building up a delicacy supervision model on public service units.
