摘 要: 研究了以硫酸、硝酸铵、氟化铵为主要成分的低酸化学抛光溶液。对经过回火的4Cr9Si2气门进行化学抛光、除锈处理,可以达到优于传统喷丸工艺的抛光水平,符合气门生产要求。化学抛光过程中无NOX黄烟逸出,具有较好的工作环境。 A low-acid polishing solution mainly containing sulfuric acid,ammonium nitrate and ammonium fluoride has been developed. Through chemical polishing and derusting,tempered 4Cr9Si2 valves obtained polishing level superior to that of traditional shot peening technology,conforming to valve manufacturing requirements.The chemical polishing process ensures good working environment without the formation of NOX yellow smoke.The replacement of shot peening technology with the new environment-friendly chemical polishing process will bring a lot of technical innovations to engine valve manufacturing.
