摘　　要： 伦理规范的存在及本质与人类的意向相关,它所具有的规范性特征和权威力量,是由于人类意向性地将其作为规范,集体意向性地赋予其"地位功能"。集体意向性使"我们"之间具有了相互针对的一定权利、责任,形成某种相互的要求,这是理解伦理规范及其规范性特征的基础。伦理规范与意向之间的相关性对伦理规范的基础与合理性的研究具有重要意义。 The existence and nature of ethical norms are relevant to human intentions,their characteristic normativity and authoritative force can be attributed to the intentionality by which human regard them as norms,and to the collective intentionality that imposes the ＂status functions＂ on them.This kind of collective intentionality makes us to have certain rights against one another and certain correlative obligations towards one another,to demand appropriate action from one another.These all can be some kinds of grounds to understand ethical norms and their normative features.Therefore the relationship between ethical norms and intentions implies the significance for the research into the foundation and rationality about ethical norms.
