摘 要: 研究龙眼中挥发性化合物的检测方法。以龙眼(储良)为试材,采用顶空固相微萃取法提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测,采用质谱和保留指数检索相结合的方法进行定性分析,加入内标环己酮进行半定量分析,对萃取样品温度、萃取纤维头吸附时间及脱附时间进行优化。结果表明:在对方法精密度的考察中,主要化合物峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.12%~9.08%;龙眼(储良)中共计检测出41种挥发性化合物,主要成分为反-罗勒烯(81.2%)、乙醇(1.92%)、别-罗勒烯(1.39%)、γ-松油烯(0.30%)、β-月桂烯(0.30%)、里那醇(0.26%)。顶空固相微萃取-气质联用方法操作简单,能够很好地应用于龙眼芳香成分的检测。 This paper describes a rapid headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) method for determining the volatile compounds in ‘Chuliang’ longan. Qualification was performed by both mass spectral and retention index library searching. For semi-quantification, an internal standard solution (IS) of cyclohexanone was used. Operating conditions for headspace solid-phase micro-extraction and GC-MS were optimized. The precision RSDs for the predominant compounds in ‘Chuliang’ longan ranged from 2.12% to 9.08%. Forty-one volatile compounds were detected in ‘Chuliang’ longan and trans-ocimene (81.2%), ethanol (1.92%), allo-ocimene (1.39%), γ-terpinene (0.30%), β-myrcene (0.30%) and linalool (0.26%) were the predominant compounds. The presented method is of simple operation and most suitable for the determination of volatile compounds in ‘Chuliang’ longan.
