摘　　要： 在当前经济危机对我国中小企业产生了重大冲击,而以劳动密集型为主的传统中小企业处境更加艰难,传统产业的弊端凸显。本文从传统中小企业的主体特征出发,通过对广东省一批传统中小企业的调研,从全面创新管理的角度来研究如何提高其创新能力、竞争能力和应对危机的能力。 The current financial crisis had a significant impact on China＇s small and medium-sized enterprise especially those traditional labor-intensive ones which highlight the disadvantages of traditional industries.This thesis focuses on the main features of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises, discusses how to improve their innovation, competition and crisis-coping ability from a perspective of total innovative management through the investigations of some Guangdong small and medium-size firms.
