摘 要: 以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺铁TiO2催化剂,并将其用于光催化氧化降解聚乙烯醇溶液。结果表明,掺铁量为0.12%,经450℃焙烧后所得光催化剂性能较好,在300W汞灯光照105min,聚乙烯醇的质量浓度为10g/L,催化剂投加量为1.2g/L的条件下,聚乙烯醇分子量的降解率达92.1%。 Fe-TiO2 was prepared using tetra-butyl titanate by the sol-gel method as the solution to photo-catalytic degradation of PVA.The optimum condition was that the degradation rate of PVA was 92.1% when the concentration of PVA was 10g/L,amount of Fe-TiO2(Fe%=0.12) baked at 450℃ was 1.2g/L,the power of UV-light was 300 W,and light application time was 105 min.
