摘 要: 由于对人的主体性的关注,教师潜能的开发成为近年来研究的热点问题。以人本主义的视角揭示当前教师潜能开发存在的问题:环境和制度问题、实效性问题、主体性问题。在此基础上,提出教师潜能开发的平衡性、主体性、发展性和差异性原则,以及相应的实施策略。 In the concern about the subjectivity of human, teacher potential has become a hot issue in recent years. The article reveals the current problems of teacher potential development: environmental and institutional problems, actual effect, subjective issues from a humanistic perspective. On this basis, the paper presents some implementation strategies and principles of teacher potential development such as balance, subjectivity, development and difference.
