摘 要: 12头40日龄三元杂仔猪,平均初体重12 kg±0.5 kg,随机分成两组,每组6头,以研究串珠镰刀菌素对仔猪免疫功能影响。对照组喂饲正常饲料,试验组在饲料中按30 mg/kg添加串珠镰刀菌素(MON)提取物。试验期为42 d,每周清晨空腹抽血1次。结果发现,试验组在攻毒后的第1周血液中T淋巴细胞数量与对照组相比差异不显著,第2、3、4、5、6周显著下降(P<0.01)。试验组T淋巴细胞转化能力在第1,2,3周与对照组相比差异不显著,第4、5、6周差异极显著(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量在第1周差异不显著,第2、3、4周差异显著下降(P<0.01)。结果表明,MON可降低仔猪血液中T淋巴细胞数量,T淋巴细胞转化能力及血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量,从而降低机体抵抗力。 12 crossbred piglets at 40 days were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 6 piglets,mean weight 12 kg±0.5 kg.To study moniliformin effect on the immune function of piglets,the control group were fed with basal diets.In the treatment group,piglets were fed with diets added 30 mg/kg MON.The trail lasted for 42 days.The blood were collected per week for investigating the effects of MON on immunological function.The result indicated that no significant difference on T lymphocyte count between control group and treatment group in the first week.But in the second week to the sixth week,T lymphocytes were significantly decreased(P0.01)in the treatment group.The treatment group had no significant difference compared with the control group at lymphocyte transformation rate in the early three weeks.But T lymphocyte transformation rate had very significant difference(P0.01)between control group and treatment group from the fourth week to the sixth week.Serum IgG concentration in treatment group was significantly lower(P0.01)than that in the control group in the second week to the sixth week.In conclusion,MON can decrease the T lymphocyte count,lymphocyte transformation rate and serum IgG in piglets.
